Anatomy Matters bespoke physical therapies for maintaining and maximising optimal health and performance is the brainchild of Julia Pizzichemi. Julia is an experienced sports and fitness professional, expert coach and therapist since 2000 and works closely with a diverse range of elite, dynamic and successful individuals nationally and internationally.

With extensive experience working alongside leading medical professionals has resulted in Julia having an acute understanding and knowledge of the demands that are placed on the body through rigorous training, work, your environment and everyday life. Since 2004 Julia has been one of the select few to work with the elite athletes at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships.

She has also previously worked as a core therapist for the WTA tour, with professional Rugby Union and League teams which include Harlequins RFC, London Broncos RFL, London Welsh RFC, Middlesex County RFU, Leicester Tigers RFC, Saracens RFC and many individual International Rugby athletes from South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, South African Team Western Stormers,Team GB Triathletes, Touring Car Championships, Yamakasi Stunt Team and more recently with principle dancers from the Royal Ballet.

With her pro-active approach, she enables her clients to recover quicker, gain their full health and fitness potential and achieve optimal performance for their lifestyle.
